Paid Market Research - Telephone Interviews

What are paid telephone interviews?

A paid telephone interview is a one-to-one phone call with one of our researchers. We’ll always schedule a time and day that is most convenient for you.

With a telephone interview, we’re able to provide a much more relaxed, personal interaction. While some participants prefer in-person encounters or video calls, we understand that a telephone interview can often take the pressure away from participants that need their own space yet want to talk to a real person while sharing their opinions.

You don’t have to travel anywhere to take part or worry about your body language or appearance. Instead, you can focus on giving us your valued opinion on how to improve a product or service while getting paid.

As paid telephone interviews can be done from the comfort of your own home, we welcome people from anywhere in the UK to apply and take part. You don’t need any special equipment other than a mobile or landline to take part in a paid telephone interview.

What to expect on the day?

During the screening process, you will be asked to confirm a time slot and date that suits you best. We’ll always try to accommodate around your schedule and availability.

You will then be called at the agreed time by one of our researchers. A session will typically last between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the project. During this time, you will be asked questions that relate to a product, service, or subject and your opinions will be gathered in a judgment-free manner. Speaking over the phone allows you to get full understanding of the research questions, while we record your opinions and experiences via note taking, and in some cases, audio recording.

After you have successfully completed the research session you will receive your agreed incentive payment within 14 days.
